It can reach temperatures as low as 3∘C, which may be slightly higher or lower depending on the water volume and the surrounding environment

All of our models are designed to be placed outdoors. However, the chiller unit has an electrical connection point, so we recommend exercising caution in that area.

All of our chiller models come with a dual filtration system: a filter cartridge and ozone for disinfection. This allows the water to be used approximately 30–50 times before you need to change the water and the filter cartridge.

Research suggests plunging at 10−15∘C for 2 minutes per session, totaling 11 minutes per week. However, the optimal point is different for everyone. We recommend finding the temperature and duration that you find most comfortable and beneficial.

Maintenance is very easy. Simply change the water and the filter cartridge at the recommended time, and clean the tub with a soft cloth or soft-bristle brush. There is no need to use harsh cleaning chemicals.

We recommend leaving the machine on constantly for customers who do not yet have a fixed plunging schedule. However, if you do have a confirmed schedule, you can easily set the on/off times for the unit using our mobile application.
